2021 (8) The 8th World Congress of Asian Psychiatry (8th WCAP)

The 8th World Congress of Asian Psychiatry was scheduled to be held in Calcutta, India, in January hosted by the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS).
However, due to the global corona epidemic and the resulting travel and transportation restrictions, it became impossible to hold the conference
locally. Therefore, the meeting was held as a half-day Web-Meeting in September. The Indian Psychiatric Association is the largest psychiatric
association in the world with many members not only in India but also in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and Canada, and
psychiatrists from all over the world participated.
